Getting back on the wagon

Six days ago I bought a planner. I am sure you are thinking. WOW, that is great. HA!

I decided I am over logging online or signing into apps. I have started tracking everything I eat in the planner. Easy, simple and yet such a struggle. My life as been crazy lately, and this is one thing that is giving me control.

Today, I started cutting sugar and giving up soda. The funny things, is I never thought I drank that much soda. Yet, when I looked back over the past few days I had some every day.  So it is time for a change.  Of course, today my 3 year old is giving me a run for the money on nap time.

More then anything I want to grab like 10 cookies and shove them in my mouth. One day at  time right?

Hopefully, I will start writing about my journey more, as it is time to take a big step in the right direction.

  1. Whatever it takes, right? I dug out my old Fitbit Flex about 6 months ago and have been using it regularly to make sure I stay moving (and not study for 8 hours straight). Fitness has been pretty good, but food is the battle I have yet to wage. Good luck! I look forward to hearing more!
