I am done pouting or at least that is what I am telling myself. I just finished riding my bike for 20 minutes and doing some arm weights. My ankle is throbbing now. The doctor and the physical therapist both said I can ride the bike but this was my first time getting on it.
I was hoping to go for at least 30 minutes, but I can tell I am going to have to build up. Riding the spin bike while boring at least gives me something I can do, besides focusing on my eating. I have found that I have slipped in to bad habits, in not eating and just drinking a lot of coffee and then eating a bad meal. I am working on fixing that this week. I went grocery shopping this morning also and stocked up on healthy food that also taste good.
Besides that, not much is different. One more week in the boot and then I go to a lace up brace. I can't wait to switch because me and the boot are not doing so well, it just makes me grumpy. I am trying to look on the bright side and I just can't find one.
