We had a nice weekend. The husband worked some on Saturday and the kids and I goofed off!
Sunday, was a really relaxed day, enjoyed the sun, did the usually Sunday errands and overall had a great family day.
Which brings me to Monday!
Oh Monday, this week is going to be crazy for me so much going on. The husband has a busy work schedule this week, which makes me thankful that I can stay at home with the kids. But it also tells me I need to stay on top of my game.
My workout plan looks like this:
Monday - Thursday ChaLean Extreme DVDs
Friday - Pilates DVD
My new running shoes are supposed to arrive, so I think that means I need to start running again! LOL actually I have been wanting to start running so I am going to start the couch to 5K again. You know, I feel like a failure just saying that because I started it, then switched to the 10K then stopped all together. Well, time to get back at it. Learn to love running again!
On the diet/lifestyle change front as of Friday day 18 of the plan I am down a total of 8lbs, so that is good. I forgot to redo the measurements so I am not sure how many inches this time. It will have to wait until day 30.
