They lied

You always here people say - just get up, go early, get it done. It isn't that bad. Those people lied! They must be those freaking morning people who have no problems waking up. Or who have kids who sleep through the night.

The my littlest, ever so cute gave me a run for my money last night. Not letting me put her down to sleep until 10:30PM and then getting up at 2AM and 3AM  just for fun. When my alarm went off at 5AM I wanted to throat punch someone. Instead I got my butt out of bed and went to spin class.

I was a sad, sad site.  I watched my clock the entire time waiting for it to be over. I even pulled up this picture on my phone as a reminder why I was there.

This sweet baby girl derailed my training, my fitness level and set me back to square one, but you know she is worth it. I wouldn't change it for the world, I just need to get back to where I was.  So there, I did it and I am sure I will go back again on Thursday, and complain about it. I know, it will get easier.

I saw this on Facebook the other day and I am need someone to make it for me.

Tell me how much easier Spin class will get in a month, tell me to shut up and suck it up, give me something to make it through the day.

  1. Oh man, that's tough. But I hear it gets easier;) The class will definitely get easier as you go along. Getting up early, not sure about that but I think it's supposed to:)

  2. I am soo not good with getting up early to get a workout in. I need to because the days are crazy busy and by the end I am beat and dont want to move. However each time I have set the alarm crazy early to get up before kids and workout well one of both of the kids has a rough night and they are 8 and 4 seems they know when I need sleep and want to get up early and disturb it lol.
I am sure if you stick with it that it will eventually get easier.
