Ouch that hurts


After seeing a few photos of my arms in my recent pregnant state I decided my arms need some work.

22 weeks
I asked some friends on my favorite mommy chat board for ideas. One of them suggested an 8 minute arm video by Tracy Anderson. It looked difficult so I found a 4 minute beginner video. 4 minutes have never felt so long.
 
First she looks beyond graceful, I look like an turtle flailing upside down. :) Either way my arms hurt. I think just holding my arms up for 4 minutes might have been easier. The goal is to try to get this workout in a couple of times a week and mix in some light dumbbell work on the other days.  I might not be able to run but at least I can do something.
 
Have you tried this video? Did try it and let me know what you think?

  1. Oh my gosh. One time I tried holding each arm out for 1 minute while holding a 5-pound kettlebell. Not as easy as it sounds!
