1. Monday, I went on a lunch time walk at work! It felt great to walk out in the sunshine even if it was cold outside.
2. Tuesday, I went on a lunch time walk on the treadmill. One advantage of working from home its easier to fit in a lunch time workout.
3. Wednesday, I rested! It was raining so there was not change I was heading out for a lunch time walk.
I call that a successful start to a workout week. Sometimes its the little things.
