So what's next?
That is a good questions. Something I have been trying to figure out since before the 3-day walk. I am not signed up for any events in 2013 and I feel like I am falling behind.
I started a 9 day cleanse on Saturday and I will share more on that once I successfully complete all 9 days. I gained more weight then I am ready to admit over the summer and this past month. Who would have thought that walking would make you want to eat everything, just like running does. Either way I am not waiting for the new year to start losing weight.
I also downloaded a Couch to 5K app on my phone last night. I know I should be able to get out and start running again, but it has been a while since I made an effort to run so I might as well ease my way back into it. Julie asked me to do a 5K with the fam in December and I am thinking about signing up for that. We shall see.
Besides that I am going to continue to do Hot Yoga 2 nights a week and maybe start up ChaLean Extreme DVDs again. Remember I bought those in June, did them for a while and stopped. I really like those workouts and need to get more cross training into my running life. I think its time I sat down with a calendar and planned out some workouts.
