November in Review

I had a pretty great November, even if I did get a stomach bug during the 3 day walk. :) Overall I feel like I had a productive month. I am glad to have the training for the 3day walk behind me. I don't know how people train for marathons - its just so time consuming. I am sure my family is happy to have me back as well.

Closing out November I have checked all of my major Running/Walking goals off for 2012.  This means I can just sit back and enjoy the rest of the year. I have one more 5K in December and then my race schedule is wide open. I have my eye on a few events in 2013, but I have not signed up for anything yet. I need to figure out my goals for 2013, before 2013 arrives.
