TripleT

1. We have been having an amazing September weather wise and I don't want it to end. Rain, Rain please stay away.

2. This weekend my plan calls for a 14 miler on Saturday and 10 miles on Sunday. I am freaking out about the 14 miler as this will be a distance PR for me. Even if I am just walking I have never walked that far before.  I haven't figured out the logistics yet as I have the Seattle Brain Cancer walk that day also. I think my total miles will be a total of walking before the SBC walk + the SBC walk + miles after the walk. I wonder how many miles I can get in before the walk?

3. I saw this yesterday and started cracking up! I am not as obsessed with Pinterest as most, in fact I don't remember the last time I was on there.

How is the weather in your neck of the woods?

Are you a pinterst junkie?

  1. 14? You got this! It's the 10 after the 14 that would freak me out!

    1. Yes walking! I estimate it will take me 4 hours on the treadmill where I can keep my pace consistent. I want to do it outside, but because of prior commitments I will need to get up early. Or if I split it some on the treadmill + some outside

    1. I am thinking Honeystinger waffer things and shotbloks...as well as water and maybe some nuun or zipfizz + 5 hour energy. :)

  4. I'm so full of questions today. Forgive me. :)

14? That is a LOT of walking. I have serious respect for walkers. What do you do? Listen to music? Audiobooks? Enjoy the scenery? You are totally going to rock both of your walks this weekend.

I am hoping that weekend weather stays nice for a few more weeks- enough that I won't be running my 50k in the pouring rain. What is your next Seattle area race?

    1. That depends on the logistics - if I get up early before the Brain Cancer walk then it will be 4 hours on the treadmill - so watching Movies and TV. If I split it then some on the treadmill and some enjoying the scenery. I need download some books to my phone or iPod though for entertainment.
