TripleT

1. Tuesday, I had to go to they gym to use the treadmill. We are painting a door in our garage, and running in paint fumes is not really advised. I love the treadmills at they gym as they are so much bigger and I just feel like I can run faster on them. I feel like 5mph on my treadmill is hard, yet 5mph on the gym treadmill isn't that tough.

2. Wednesday, I braved the fumes and hopped on the Spin bike for 45 minutes. Followed it up with some arm work and then abs. I have seriously been neglecting my abs - and oh man I don't like side planks. Not one bit.

3. Thursday's workout has not happened yet, I love my sleep. The usual blah, blah blah about how I need to get better about waking up to workout. I will get it done tonight. 6 miles is the plan, I think. I really need to check my plan before I sit down to blog.

  3. I'm totally loving Wells L right now. "Have a great bed to your week." I agree. Sleep is sooooo nice... (I'm sleeping again since I'm running again. I'd forgotten sleep.)

  5. You inspire me. I need to do 4 miles tonight and am not sure how I'm going to fit it in. I just need to be awesome like you.

    Yes, we must meet up for RNR Portland. I want to plan a dinner or expo meetup, but my daughter has a basketball tourny all weekend and I'm not sure when the games are. Ack! How dare they plan a tournament on my race weekend?

  7. OR I could do a dinner or something, I won't be in Portland until 5 (going to be cutting it close with the expo!) on Saturday night. So after the race might work better for me.
