Friday Five

1. Today, I will run. My back feels great. If I write it - I must make it happen.

2. Last night I attended a ItWorks! Wrap party. I selected a wrap for my stomach area. First she applied the wrap and then we waited 45 minutes. During this time we relaxed and consumed a lot of water. Within 45 minutes I lost a total of 4 inches of my waist/tummy/hips area. By this morning I was down a total of 5 inches. I am interested to see what the 72 hour results will be. While I don't feel this is the best weight loss solution, if I have an event to attend or a dress to fit into I think this is a great idea.

3.  As part of my fundraising for May I have opened a Tastefully Simple party. It will be open for 1 month and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to my fundraising efforts.  If you are interested in purchasing some products see my new page SBK Fundraising above.

4. Thanks for the input on the Bra's I will  be checking out the options.

5. Waves hello to my new followers! Glad to see you stopped by and I had enough interesting things to say to make you want to follow my blog!  Hi!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I am hoping the weather is good for a few outdoor runs for me.  Any big plans for the weekend for you?

  2. Have a great run. I'm so curious to see how long the affects of the wrap lasts. How often are you going to take measurements?

  3. Glad your back is feeling better. I can't wait to hear about your 72 hour results and hopefully you'll also let us know what your one week and one month results are too (is that too much to ask - I'm TOTALLY interested in this).

Love that you're doing a TS party to raise money - that's a great idea!!! I'll pop over there and check it out!

  4. never thought about wraps for upcoming events. obviously you live in a different part of the country as myself so price will vary, but how much do those go for?

    1. The company ItWorks was the party I went to. They were $25 per area. I just did a stomach area and it covered my entire stomach and a little bit of my hips. On a smaller person it would cover a lot more. ItWorks - is a consultant business so I am sure you could find a local rep.
