This week

My ankle has been healing well even with all of the extra stress I have been placing on it. I have been sleeping with my Tommie Cooper ankle sleeves and I think they are helping a lot.  I am doing my best to ice post run. This morning it was a little stiff, but I did some ankle stretches and rolls before getting out of bed. I had planned to get up and go to Spin class, but I set my alarm wrong and didn't wake up until the class was half over. I am hoping I can make it to a class tonight, but I am not sure.

The Plan for this week looks like this:
Monday - Spin Class (maybe) + 2 Miles
Tuesday - 8 Miles (light version of BL workout since I want to cover larger distance this time)
Wednesday - Spin Class
Thursday - 4 Miles
Friday - Sunday - Attending a Family Reunion my Aunt and Uncle have many many acres in a National Forrest so I beleive there well be plenty of outdoor excersise taking place at their ranch.
