Hey Tuesday, its me sleep

Some days I think it is harder to wake up on Tuesday then it was on Monday.  Oh well, last night I had an awesome workout at Warrior Fitness. I think this workout may go down in record as the first workout to make me sweat.....and I mean dripping sweat. I had drips of sweat rolling down my forehead, this does not happen often to me. When I got home my sports bra was WET! I did notice that the temperature in the classroom was 76 degree's so I think that might of had something to do with it.  I was so glad that I dropped a NUUN tablet in my water bottle before heading out for the class as I really think it helped me push through. The teacher was relentless!

After class I made a new favorite smoothie: coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, banana and chocolate syrup!  It was so good! I don't know why I didn't think of adding chocolate syrup before it is only 100 calories for 2 tablespoons and you don't need much. 

Whats on deck for Tuesday 4M @14:27 - hopefully my legs will want to move tonight.

  1. That smoothie sounds really good! I may need to pick up some more coconut milk next time I head to the store.

    And if I could, I'd loan you my legs for the night. They got <4 miles this morning and I don't need them again until tomorrow afternoon. lol
