What goes down must come up

Thanks for  all of the examples on training plans. I am researching them and trying to figure out which one I like the best and go from there.  Last night was a nice evening, after I put the little one to bed I felt like I should go run even if it almost 9PM. I figured I just needed to loosen up my legs as they were still tight from the kickboxing and the 5K.  I want to try to run outside as much as possible, but as I have mentioned I live on a hill! Seriously what goes down has to come back up to get home. Yes I know one of my goals is to run up my hill, but to go on a run I will always have to run or walk back up it.  I headed out for the first mile at 11:01 and then turned back to tackle the hill. I only made it to the same spot as last time, but I am ok with that. I finished the rest of the hill walking to my house. Total mileage 1.69. 

I woke up this morning and my legs are feeling much better. I think today I am going to hit the gym and do some mileage on the bike a little active rest.  Not a bad start to my goals for the week:

  • 3 days of push up challenge
  • 2 days Kickboxing
  • 1.69 out of 9 miles done
  • Run my hill at least 1x - Done 
Anyone a Big Brother Fan?  Rachel is beyond annoying and I am surprised that Rose hasn't come up with a Big Brother workout, like her bachlorette workout - just based on Rachel. There are so many annoying traits that you could totally get your workout on to.

    My Tuesday was fine, by now it's already Wednesday :)

    Big Brother is a Dutch show from origin. A big TV producer in Holland came up with the idea. We had it on TV for the first time in 1999 and I watched all of it. The next year I watched it all too but after that I got bored with it. It hasn't been on TV here for about 6 years now.
