I should be in bed

Last week I missed one workout Saturdays kickboxing class and I am ok with that becuase I wanted to be home when my daughter woke up on her 4th birthday.  Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes for her - she had a wonderful day.  Of course when I asked her today her favorite part she said the cake.

I just finished my Sunday run on the treadmill (5 miles @14:30), my right achilles and right ankle as been bothering me so I didn't want to head out and get to far from home. My over all pace was 13:20. I  tried to keep my pace comfortable and slow, but I had a hard time not just walking at 14:30 so I picked it up a little bit.
This weeks plan is as follows
Mon - Kickboxing Class
Tues - 4M @14:27
Wed - Kickboxing Class
Thur - 4M - warm up, 2 miles at 12:42, cool down
Fri - Rest
Saturday - Possibly hiking with my kiddo - we will have to wait for the weather report.
Sun - 5M @14:27
