Workout interrupted

I finally rolled my booty out of bed this morning to do Bob Harpers Cardio Conditioning before work. I looked at the back of the DVD lats night and I thought that I read that it was a 30 minute workout, but in reality it was an hour workout. I only had 45 minutes so I got started and figured I would get through as much as I could before I need to jump in the shower for work.  15 minutes into the workout I hear.....mommy, mommy is it morning time. Workout interrupted by a sleepy little one wanting to watch Sponge Bob at 5:30AM. After getting her situated I did some lunges, squats and started week 5 of the push up challenge.

The push up challenge was tough today. I was only able to complete 3 of the 5 sets before my arms started shaking like crazy. Today I did 30, 40 and 36 for a total of 106. I am going to take tomorrow off and hope I can knock out all 5 sets. Once I complete this I am going to start again but attempt to complete the challenge doing real push ups. I am feeling much stronger even if I have to do them assisted.

This morning before heading to work I had a dentist appointment. Oh the joy of going to the dentist. It was just for a cleaning, but we actually discussed getting a night guard to help with my grinding. A second option was to get invisiline on the bottom to help with one tooth that is going a little crazy. Awesome - because 4 years of braces as a kid wasn't enough.

My dentist is pretty cool though, they don't get on you for not flossing enough. Last time my husband went he suggested that they have Bacon Flavored Floss for the morning patients. When he told me this I wasn't sure if I was grossed out of if it was a good idea. Because you know everything is better with bacon.

Do your thoughts on the dentist? What about bacon flavored floss - good idea or gross?



    Don't get me wrong, my dentist is awesome. But, my teeth are horrible. HORRIBLE. And going to the dentist makes my pits sweat and my stomach churn. Ug.

  3. Might not be too bad, but I think I much prefer minty :) I hate the dentist. I have passed out there four times, I think he is not excited to see me either.

  4. I'm in the same club as the first 2 commenters . . . HATE.THE.DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!! Bacon flavored floss - hmm, I think it could be interesting BEFORE using mint flavored tooth paste - definitely gross after using Crest.
