Hello 5AM and a Winner

Good morning, its not often that I am up this early but for the month of June I am recommitting to getting up and working out before work. This morning I had a date with Level 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and week 3 day 1 of the push up challenge. Before I hit the showers I figured I should also pick a winner of the Justin's Nut Butter Giveaway. The Winner Is:

Email me at runnermaybe (@) hotmail.com to claim your prize.  Thanks to everyone who entered and the new followers - I will be checking out your blogs and leaving comments provided blogger lets me.

And since its National Running Day - I do have plans to get an interval run in tonight.  The plan:
  • 10-20 minute warm up
  • 8 x400 w/400 Rest Intervals
  • 10 minute cool down
  • Total distance 4+ miles depending on how long I do a warm and cool down for.

Do you have any runs planned for today? Whats your favorite workout DVD?

  1. Congrats to Haley! Justins is THE bomb!
    Enjoy those intervals tonight!
Sick kiddo + hubby away=no run for me. Just plyo intervals on the mill. And it's beyond gorgeous outside so it's just criminal to be inside. Blah.

  2. Congrats Haley! Bummed for Free Julie and me though...

Hey--I heard the commenting problem has to do with the browser you use. I think it's Internet Explorer 9 that is causing the problems in blogspot blogs.

I changed the way my comments post, so hopefully you can comment again on my blog...

  3. hmmmm that could be true about IE9...I noticed that as long as I didn't have myself as save me signed in it will let me comment. But it has been a pain.
