4 x 800 = tough

Inside Out Method - Complete CollectionTonight I had a 5 x 800 planned. Well I accomplished 4 x 800 it is so humid here and my garage felt like 500 degrees. My target pace for the 800M was 6:01, since I was running on the treadmill it was easy to force myself to reach my pace. My pace were 6:00, 5:56, 5:58 and 5:58 after the last 800 I did my cool down and called it a day.

I am actually excited for my morning workouts this week. I ordered new DVDs and they came in the mail today. I got the complete Bob Harper Inside Out Method. I figured I need something else besides Jillian Michael's or Tony Horton yelling at me in the AM.  I am not sure which one I am going to start with tomorrow but I will let you know how I like his workouts.


  1. Well done on the interval training. When I do interval at the treadmill I'm better at it too than doing it outside. But as I don't like the treadmill at all I do them outside and cheat a little bit :)

  2. 800s are tough so great job getting that many done in the humidity!

  3. OMG, you're running intervals in your garage?! Kudos to you! And here I am complaining about the AC-ed basement! I have the Warrior Yoga DVD and love it!
