Wah, Wah, Wah

This weeks weekly weigh in is brought to you by Charlie Brown's Mom - This week I weighed in at Wah, Wah, Wah. What you ask...what did she said she said Wah, Wah, Wah......Wah, Wah.  Thats right I am not sharing as I think my scale is broken and not in a good way. I am ok with it as I know I have not been on my game and I am going to get back to where I needed to be and get the scale moving.

On a positive note last night I went to the gym and knocked out 2 miles on the elliptical, 2 miles on the treadmill, 50 walking lunges, my 3rd day of push ups for the week and ab work! It felt great!

I also wanted to thank all my followers for tips and links on the FIRST program, I am excited to get started on it and can't wait to share my rests. For all the lovely support and comments I am going to think of a giveaway just not sure what I want to include in it yet, but I am sure their will be some Justin's Chocolate Almond Butter as I MUST share that goodness.

And for your Friday Funny - Because I am a moron that's how you get to the top! Love it.

  2. I just got that book also and love the idea behind it. I just have a hard time getting to anything besides a bike for cross training and all my tires are flat. :)
