Week 4 - Half Training

3 Weeks down, 9 more to go! I can do this, I can do this. That is what I keep telling myself and I am sure will be a common post for the next 9 weeks. As each week ticks off I get more terrified for what I signed up for. Either way the fee's are paid and I want to do this, I think.

The plan for this week:
Sunday -  7 Miles (Done 1:30, outside and only 3 minutes slower then the treadmill last week)
Monday - 30 minutes elliptical, abs, lunges, push ups
Tuesday - 30 minutes treadmill, Shred it w/ weights
Wednesday - 4 miles and Yoga
Thursday - 40 minutes elliptical and Leg workout
Friday - 5 Miles (after 2 miles, run 4 x 2 minutes tempos)
Saturday - Rest

    I know many people who weigh in daily...I used to as well while losing the weight and after 5 months of not weighing am getting into the habit again...will do it daily for March, and weekly for April...see how that goes.
