Week 3 Run 2

Today's run was interesting. I attempted to do a hills on the treadmill and once I reached 5% incline I had to walk. I figure it was my first attempting running over 3% incline so I am not going to talk negative about this. I completed my 4 miles slower then I would have liked, but I have to keep reminding myself that I still in the running novice category. I am not an expert and it is going to take time. 

I ran in the cardio cinema again at the gym they were playing the movie Red. It was actually entertaining of course I only saw 55 minutes of it. The end and then it restarted, I think I am going to add it to my Netflix queue so that I can see the parts that I missed. I just plugged in my Bodybugg to checked my calories burned for the day and I should reach my goal of 2800 calories and I have 1 calorie left, I hope I don't get the urge to snack while watching the Biggest Loser tonight.

Anyone else have the urge to snack or eat when watching fitness programming?

  1. Well done on the run on the dreadmill. I need to start doing hill training on it too but wait till after my half in April.

    There aren't any fitness programs on Dutch television. They only aired one season of the Biggest Loser here but at that time I didn't watch it.
