Dare I say

That my 4 mile run was easy today! The scheduled workout was Wednesday - 4 miles and Yoga. After work I came home and Sean and Evie were already home. I tend to want to skip workouts when they are home. Sean said so upstairs, get dressed and get on the treadmill - so I did just that. I had 4 miles planned and 2 hours of Biggest Loser DVR'd.  While my treadmill is in the garage, it did tend to heat up in there pretty quick today. I sweating buckets by the 2nd mile, but I just pushed through and before I knew it was over. I got off and actually felt it was easy. I never thought the day would come when I would say a 4 mile run was easy peasy. As for the yoga, I don't know if I will get it in tonight. We will see what the evening brings with the little nugget.
