Cold, cold go away

And don't come back another day! Oh and we can say that about the rain also, but I live in Washington and know that is just a crazy dream.  Last night I knocked out 30 minutes of Yoga before bed and it felt great. My plan calls for 5 Miles (after 2 miles, run 4 x 2 minutes tempos) today, but this cold is just kicking my butt. I am going to move that to tomorrow and just try to get another night of rest in and tackle the 5 miles tomorrow. 

I have been tracking all of my food this week and I am happy to say that I am on track to lose weight. The scale was down a little this morning, but with my official weigh in tomorrow morning I will have no problem staying on track tonight.

    The cold is almost gone here but I just looked at the weather and it seems rain is coming our way.

    Great that you're losing weight again. I've started writing down everyting I eat to last week and this week want to make better choices.
