A new week

I decided to give myself a rest day yesterday. Sometimes I tend to overwhelm myself with schedule and planning and everything comes crashing down. The extra rest day was really needed and I look forward to working out today, instead of dreading it. 

Here is my schedule for the week, I am not looking forward to the Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout tomorrow as last week I was hurting for days. Hopefully this week will go smoother.

Last night I looked up some of my times to set goals. Here are my PRs for the mile, 5K and 10K. 

Mile - 10:31
5K - 33:58
10K- 79:14

    Exciting that your half marathon training has started. Have fun with training for it!

    I need at least two rest days and especially the day before my long run. I'm going to try yoga on the other rest day and see if this works for me.
    My rest days always are Friday and Sunday.
