Here we go again

My week officially started on Sunday, but often Monday feels like the start of a new week. That could be because its when the alarm clock starts going off ridiculously early in the morning.

This week has started off well, Sunday both workouts were completed. Monday morning P90X was completed and for this afternoon all I need to do is get in some cardio. With plans to hit the gym after work that should be easy enough.

Here is my plan for the week. Green workouts completed. Saturday I have a Valentines day 5K which should be fun and I am looking forward to.


Goals for the week:1. Track all food
2. Get all runs in
3. Cross the finish line on the 5K
